The Tillsonburg Volunteer Association and the forerunner Auxiliary, have been assisting patient care and raising funds for the Hospital for 100 years.

The TDMH Volunteer Association is governed by a nine-person Board of Directors and most volunteer areas are led by a Volunteer Convener who is responsible for training new volunteers, scheduling shifts and acting as a liaison between the volunteers, the Volunteer Coordinator and the Volunteer Association Board.

TDMH Volunteer Association Fundraising

TDMH Volunteer Association is a registered charitable organization. Donations and money raised through fundraising projects are used to purchase equipment for the hospital. Since inception, our Volunteers have raised and donated over $2.5 million.

Fundraising Activities

The Volunteer Association raises funds for the hospital in a variety of ways. Within the hospital, we run a Gift Shop and a Coffee Shop, and we are currently working on other fundraising events.

The TDMH Association also helps the TDMH Foundation with volunteers at some of their fundraising events.

Donations are gratefully accepted and can be made directly to the Volunteer Association.  Tax receipts will be issued upon request.
