As of July 1, 2025 AHI and TDMH are governed by a Common Board, in the next step toward full Integration. The Common Board is a volunteer, knowledge-based Board of Directors comprised of eleven elected and five ex-officio members. As such the Board is composed of members collectively possessing knowledge and experience in governance, strategic planning, the health field, business management, financial and legal matters, collaboration, risk management, patient advocacy and volunteer leadership and/or public service.
