As of April 1, 2026 AHI and TDMH have integrated as Rural Roads Health Services, and are governed by one Board of Directors. The Board is a volunteer, knowledge-based Board of Directors comprised of nine to eleven elected and four ex-officio members. As such the Board is composed of members collectively possessing knowledge and experience in governance, strategic planning, the health field, business management, financial and legal matters, collaboration, risk management, patient advocacy and volunteer leadership and/or public service.
