The Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital (TDMH), a part of Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS) rehabilitation team consists of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistants and Dieticians providing Inpatient Rehabilitation Services to maximize a person’s function and independence. Inpatient Physiotherapy services are available Monday to Friday; Inpatient Occupational Therapy services are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

What to wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and non-slip footwear (closed heel preferred).

Items not covered by OHIP

There are some items that you will be billed for e.g., crutches, air cast boots, splints etc. There is also a charge for completion of an Assistive Devices Program (ADP) application, please speak your health care provider for costs.
