Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS) uses video and electronic surveillance in conjunction with other safety and security measures as a method to enhance the safety and security of patients, visitors, team members and property, while respecting individual’s rights to privacy. The personal information collected by video and electronic surveillance at these sites is collected under the authority of the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA 2004).
