I would like to personally thank the team at the Ingersoll ED on the evening of October 16th, who treated my mother presenting with abdominal pain (kidney stones).  The team treated us both with the utmost care and respect, and I deeply appreciated that they demonstrated a sense of urgency and efficiency in trying to ease her suffering as soon as possible, and get to the bottom of what she was experiencing.  In particular I was so impressed and thankful that they rushed to meet the 10pm cutoff for a CT scan, via Tillsonburg, rather than holding her overnight.  I could tell that it really mattered to the team and that they didn’t want her suffering any longer than strictly necessary.

Please pass my positive feedback along to these members of the staff, and commend them for their professionalism and attention to the patient and their family.  They did an excellent job, and I always feel safe knowing the Ingersoll hospital is close by.

We had a CT referral, received a call the next day to be booked in at our local hospital. It took only 20 minutes from the time we entered until we were leaving, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! It’s really great having this resource in our small town and not having to drive to London or Woodstock.
